I am new to the forum. I’ve just got a random issue on one of these laptops. I bought it late 2020 through scan 3xs.
After a recent windows update the battery is playing up. Basically it takes a charge and the battery level shows but the laptop is showing no connection. This means I’m getting substantially poorer performance because the laptop thinks it’s running on battery even though it’s connected and charging.
Any thoughts? I’ve tried uninstalling battery driver but no luck yet.

Just tried something else. Took the battery off charge. Gone down to 66%. Put it back on charge for a couple of hours. Still on 66% and still no charging symbol.
