Any suggestion which laptops brands with specification do u people recommend for normal work and light programming

Hi I want to buy a HP or lenevo brand new laptop with in $400 budget . Normal use plus programming and might be android work . Would u plz suggest me which laptop model is available in this price range and also mention it's specification . Thanks Ahmnief
