Nvidia Quadro K3100M/K4100M/K5100M overclocking vBIOS mod

Hello! (sorry my bad English) I have HP EliteBook 8740w WD939EA#ABY laptop. I bought a Nvidia Quadro K3100M 10de 11b6 - 103c 1520. it was originally in Precision M6800. After installation, the image vibrates and streaks. Anyone have any ideas? ..and Send someone good vBios please! Thanks
