  1. Did you manage to get the memory working correctly with 2x32GB configuration as a result ? Not really, I am looking for a new laptop now. I couldnt update bios.
  2. I am using Clevo P775TM1 but about to replace it. It works just fine for me I had to replace keyboard and CMOS battery over the years but its fine otherwise. I wish I could just buy new laptop like that but with modern processor, graphic card and slightly better screen resolution. Great model.
  3. Team, I have been a loyal Clevo owner for the past decade. I am currently running Eluktronics P775TM1-G but its time for an upgrade after seven years. I have never had any issues with Clevo laptops, except normal wear and tear (keyboard, cmos batteries replacement and so on). My minimum requirements: - 3 SSD with two configured as Raid 1 ( 1 TB + 2x 4 TB) - Reliable cooling Nice to have : Display with higher than Full HD resolution. I am now torn among three options: SAGER NP9580S (Clevo X580WNS-G) ~ 4,539 USD Advantages: Available in UHD screen Big chassis – plenty of space for naturally aspirated cooling SD card reader Disadvantages: Makes it all most impractical to travel with Over 1,000 USD more expensive than competitor. SAGER NP7571P (Clevo V370WNPQ) ~ 3,250 USD Advantage: Classical 17’’ laptop with ample space for naturally aspirated cooling Disadvantages: Reported reliability with keyboard and high noise Only 17’’ FHD available. SAGER NP9560P (Clevo X560WNR-G) ~ 3,100 USD Advantages: Screen is available 16" QHD+ 240Hz Power efficient AMD AI 9 HX370 Can be travelled with Disadvantages: Slim design with dual fan design potentially leading to elevated SSD temperatures. Only two SSD but can be configured as Raid 1. Lack of external ports Note: I looked at SAGER NP9560R but turn off point is Vapor Chamber Cooling – they don’t sell spare and its impossible to replace it a t home. Reported reliability / longevity is about 3 -4 years. I am not playing games but can need fast acting support for 4K monitors. I don’t know what happen with reviews I am not able to find any feedback on those three laptops and be grateful for your views /opinions.
  4. skandal, thank you for your reply. First of all - money. I have already paid for 64 GB. Secondly, as you nodoubtly know the other two slots locate in an awkward location for which you need to take laptop apart.
  5. I understand, but when I run WMeset for the BIOS update it just hangs. I tried to do it under Hiren Boot and still to no avail. I am looking at somebody with the P775tm1-g experience...
  6. Hi Meaker, Thank you for support. I am running AMI bios, version 1.07.15 dated 09/17/2018. I tried to flash it with 1.07.29 which I received from the vendor but WMeset.exe generates an error (even under Hiren Boot). Here is copy of the voltage
  7. Team, I have P775tm1-g Clevo laptop I have decided to upgrade my laptop from 2x16GB to 2x32GB. I have tried following memory: RAM Configuration DDR4 3200MT/s / 22-22-22-52 / 1.200V Crucial Technology / CT32G4SFD832A.C16FF / E9E1509E Crucial Technology / CT32G4SFD832A.C16FF / E9E14AA3 and RAM Configuration DDR4 3200MT/s / 22-22-22-52 / 1.200V Vendor Part Info Samsung / M471A4G43AB1-CWE / 041F1FCA Vendor Part Info Samsung / M471A4G43AB1-CWE / 041F1FCA (Adamanta brand) The memory is failed MemTest86 V10.7 (attached). Does Clevo P775tm1-g support 2x32 GB memory? 2x16GB Crucial planks pass the test without issues.
