Some Drives Show in POST but undetected in system

Thanks. The BIOS is standard A14. I don,t think I've ever set up rapid storage and I run the BIOS on default settings. Although the ribbon cable has been difficult and the clip works but is no longer attached at the hinges, I don't think it is the issue since all the disk info is coming in at post and the original HDD works fine. I'm going to see if I can switch the RAID settings around. -
I have 2 drives that mount fine in a dock on my desktop but on m18xr2 they are listed in POST but are undetectable in Windows when installed internally. One shows "Disabled" in POST, the other appears normal in POST. Here is a screen shot:
