  1. Hello, I have a problem with Inspirion 5577. After starting Windows, the laptop starts the fans first at ~50% and then at 100%. The same thing happens in Windows 10 and 11, all BIOS versions from 1.0.1 to 1.13 did not help. I tested different versions of Dell Fan Management, nothing helps. "Consistency mode" does not work, "thermal settings" too. The only thing is the reaction to turning off EC and the "manual control" option and that would be enough, but after setting it to 50% RPM or OFF, the laptop returns to the original settings from EC after 3-4 seconds. The fans at a temperature of 30 GPU and 40-45 CPU from ~2000 RPM jump to ~3000 RPM despite working in IDLE. Running the fan1-level1 command in DFM v2 every 3 seconds helps, which eliminates the return to EC settings. Please help what could be the cause. Maybe the previous owner reballed the GPU and blocked the EC speed so that the chip wouldn't overheat? To summarize, the fans in IDLE mode operate at 3000 RPM!. A script that runs the fan1-level1 and fan2-level1 commands would help, but I don't know how to do it. Please help.
