  1. I recently purchased this laptop Gram 2025 17", and used it normally, taking good care of it. However, after just about two months, the screen became damaged, LG technician said there is a small crack in the middle of the bottom screen. The warranty staff visited, then later called to inform me that, despite the laptop still being under warranty, I would have to pay for a new screen replacement. When I bought the laptop, the sales staff advised against choosing the 17-inch model. LG must take full responsibility for this screen defect. Even as advertised this laptop as having "military-grade durability and features MIL-STD." There are no scratches on the screen or the laptop itself. Initially, there was only a small line on the screen, which later spread. The "internal crack" that the warranty staff mentioned is located near the sturdy hinge area, with no evidence of strong external impact. LG should take 100% responsibility for this issue but they push me to purchase the screen at cost around 300 USD. This time I am deeply disappointed with the warranty service for the LG Gram laptop. I have used about 10 laptops from various other brands and never had to deal with warranty issues before. This is an expensive laptop costing about 1400 USD, yet its quality is poor, and the warranty service is substandard. LG is a bad player in Notebook.
