I disable secure boot and everything related to bios (sure start, etc)
Checked rollback version max to 1.02
Load firmware to USB, boot from it (the USB content is only HP folder, i don't think its bootable, or i missing some steps perhaps)
Turn on the laptop using Win + B (black screen forever with fan 100%)
Setting clock to 2019 (even i try to update the bios back to back to 1.16 and to 1.14 again to make sure "last bios update" goes to 2019)
The weird thing, it seems "update bios from local media" only read from local disk drive (i update from 1.24 to 1.14 using hp firmware exe from windows), it stays even after i delete the .bin on swsetup (i wonder where the program store the .bin)
I tried everything I guess
All with no avail, bios update denied by system policy
