I just wanted to post a Thank You for making this program. My Inspiron fan just developed a really loud noise problem (replacement fan already ordered), and turning the fan off and on again will temporarily fix the noise problem for a while. Also, the PC can do a lot with the fan forced off. I'm under 65C when using heavy websites (like Twitch).
