  1. It's a prebuilt, I bought the Desktop for 2200$, the monitor for 850$ and the Graphics card for like 2200$. The Predators used to have an awesome look, the desktop definitely looks as nice as the 21X. The monitor is 35 inches curved and has 200hz. I can use hdr with it which is nice. The cpu is an 8700k, it's not the best pairing option with the 4090 but it still performs great. I would say that I loose 15-20 fps because of the cpu but it's not so noticeable since it performs at a resolution 3440 x 1440. I have 32GB of Ram. 1T of ssd space and 8T of HDD space for all my games. The motherboard is a Z37H4-AA from Acer, the highest cpu upgrade it can have is the i9 9900ks and the power supply is a FSP 1000W gold certified psu. I will post pictures later.
  2. Well now it's time to introduce the big brother of the Predator 21X. The Predator Orion 9000 with a Zotac RTX 4090 and a Predator X35 Monitor. This monster is a dream come true. It plays all the Games butterly smooth and should be enough for the next few years.
  3. These are pretty rare, The performance is the not the craziest anymore but still having this behemoth is a one of life time chance.
  4. Idk either, their designs are just becoming oversimplified when I see their laptops. The last good thing I saw from them was The Acer Predator Helios 700 which was still innovative.
  5. The 1080s are not the newest anymore but I still enjoy every bit of it. Everything about the way it looks is just awesome even compared to their newer lineup. Acer looked like they were on a good way with their PCs but now they just start to look like regular office PCs.
  6. Yes it is, I remember when I first saw it back then. I wanted to have it so badly. I was really excited when my brother showed it to me, I seriously thought someone else would get it before me but I got really lucky. Laptops nowadays really don't have a build quality like this anymore.
  7. It definitely isn't an easy thing to have on the legs. 😂 thanks for the heads up with the restrictions. I know they will probably look at me weird when I have to go through the security check and it will not fit in those trays. The keys are MX brown switches, unfortunately some of them are not in the best condition anymore because one of them has a piece broken of. It causes it to move back and forth. Other than that it feels nice and clicky.
  8. I want to use it on the move. I´m planning on going to Germany soon and but don´t know if it would be restricted since it has a length of 22.4 inches. The biggest size on the Airlines allowed is 22 inches. I want to buy the same case as the user Porky133 that existed on the old NBR forum. The case would be 23.75 inches which is a little over the allowance. The resolution is 2560x1080 and refresh rate is 120hz.
  9. The laptop gets a score of 13876 in Superposition. It would would get more but I had to tweak it in MSI Afterburner because it stutters a lot in some games. I think something with the power ports is wrong which causes it to behave like that but when it´s tweaked like that it works still decent. Fps can still be anywhere from 50 to 100 depending on what Game I play.
  10. Hi, Since the Acer Predator 21X is pretty much extinct, I thought, I share what it's like having it and post about it. A lot of people didn't like it because it was BGA. but it's still nice seeing this machine because even by today's standards it still can play games wonderfully. It's obviously way out of league when it comes to my brother's Area 51m but as the saying goes old is gold.
