precision m6800 Precision M6800 Untimed BSOD

I'm using Precision M6800

everything works fine

 

The graphics card works fine

But it occasionally has a blue screen

Sometimes it's a blue screen on restart, sometimes it's a blue screen after hibernation, and today this time it's a blue screen after installing Windows update need restart

 

my graphics card is AMD FirePro M6100

Driver used are official by AMD

Driver of the official website is too old and I didn't use it（2015）

 

I usually use sleep and hibernation, basically no shutdown and restart,and the blue screen time is not fixed

 

Can someone help me solve the problem？
