Don't remember temps as much beyond that they were not satisfactory though something like honeywell ptm7950 would help. As for the program Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and for the version I got installed is 4.2.0.8 for compatibility reasons.

I didn't do extensive testing as the temps were not great at stock but would have expected at least 3.2 give or take.

in need of a working keyboard  found one cheap but beat up for parts . but fedex delivered to wrong location 🤬  so they lost the package

reading on those forums was very hard just been there now... theres a file M4600A16_IFR.txt but it doesnt download anything.

so its not just open a program and change values.?

you must dump bios and modify it.?and flash it.?

mom still have few weeks before she goes to california. gives me time to look for cheap one if available.

will read the 2nd link.. and see if i can make all the steps. once my bios was bricked so already have programmer..

found this .

you can dump your own bios using "bios backup" :

Download Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit - MajorGeeks

Then yeah it's the same procedure as recent bios like the 2nd link
