Spacoom
Team, I have P775tm1-g Clevo laptop I have decided to upgrade my laptop from 2x16GB to 2x32GB. I have tried following memory: RAM Configuration DDR4 3200MT/s / 22-22-22-52 / 1.200V Crucial Technology / CT32G4SFD832A.C16FF / E9E1509E Crucial Technology / CT32G4SFD832A.C16FF / E9E14AA3 and RAM Configuration DDR4 3200MT/s / 22-22-22-52 / 1.200V Vendor Part Info Samsung / M471A4G43AB1-CWE / 041F1FCA Vendor Part Info Samsung / M471A4G43AB1-CWE / 041F1FCA (Adamanta brand) The memory is failed MemTest86 V10.7 (attached). Does Clevo P775tm1-g support 2x32 GB memory? 2x16GB Crucial planks pass the test without issues.
Meaker
I'm not sure 3200Mhz 64GB was ever shipped in them, what BIOS are you running and what memory/voltage tweaks have you got access to? Spacoom
Hi Meaker, Thank you for support. I am running AMI bios, version 1.07.15 dated 09/17/2018. I tried to flash it with 1.07.29 which I received from the vendor but WMeset.exe generates an error (even under Hiren Boot). Here is copy of the voltage

Spacoom
I understand, but when I run WMeset for the BIOS update it just hangs. I tried to do it under Hiren Boot and still to no avail. I am looking at somebody with the P775tm1-g experience...
skandal
Why not just buy another 2x16gb to add to your current config?
Spacoom
skandal, thank you for your reply. First of all - money. I have already paid for 64 GB. Secondly, as you nodoubtly know the other two slots locate in an awkward location for which you need to take laptop apart.
skandal
If you already bought it, there is no way to go back now 😄 Regarding the other two slots, you just need to remove the keyboard which is quite easy... unless the P775TM1 is too different from the P751TM1
Pfudaniel
Did u manage to flash it yet ?

I don't know what you were told, but to get under the keyboard you only need to unscrew two more screws then accessing the other RAM. You will have the underside cover removed anyways for the 2 RAM sticks you already installed, make sure the two screws marked by the "KB" (keyboard) are removed, then use a thin screwdriver to push through one of the wholes and pop the keyboard up, it is mostly held in place with magnets. I think once you do it a couple times it will take less than 1 minute to get access to the other two RAM slots. 1 Previous lives: D900F / P150HM / P150EM / P870DM2 / X170KM Testing/Backup Rig - P750DM2 - **in process** - *Build Thread* Wife's Daily - P750DM2- 4k Panel / 6700k / 1060 GTX / 64GB DDR4 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance / 1TB Samsung 970 Plus / 2TB WD Black SN770 / Killer Wifi Self Daily - P750DM2 (2016) - Dsanke BIOS / 8700k (2017) / 2080 RTX (2019) / 64GB DDR4 3200Mhz CL16 Ballistix / ETC Determined to keep the socketed 15.6" laptops alive as long as possible!!
