Found this out from another guy that tried it. Don't really want to waste money on memory for the CF-19 if someone else has tried it and it bombed. I don't have the laptop you mentioned, but I have some experience with machines on third generation intel cpu, and this particular processor seems to be the one in your laptop (i5-3610ME). Unfortunately for this generation 32 gigs of RAM is only available if you use 4 channels. Your processor does not support more than 2 channels, plus it is soldered into the board, plus there are no additional slots on the motherboard. The dell 3185 laptop you cited is built on a different platform (amd) and uses a different type of memory (ddr4 vs ddr3 in Panasonic) so you can hardly base it on that experience.
