Why wouldn't i be able to solder in a ram upgrade to an HP Stream 13?

can't i look up specs and source a higher density and possibly more? i see empty slots? the only catch is if i could get someone to ball to them for me. i don't think you can get parts pre balled except maybe shady ebay sellers.
