I was a dell fan, now, not so much. 3 of my Dell laptops have wake issues where they don't turn on or just fire up with black screen. It's a known problem via many people on their support site and Dell are offering no fix or remedy. I am figuring you will have to contact them and do a transfer to keep said warranty intact.
