Steve-Austin
Hello, I've juste upgraded my old Alienware 18 with a GTX980M (Dell). I had a GTX780M with no issue on the HDMI, since I made the swap, I can't have a signal through HDMI port. But if I swtich to Intel integrated graphic card, there is no problem. My bios is A12 mod and I run the latest Nvidia drivers. Do you think I need to flash the vBios with a correct one or I need to mod the drivers? (Test also made with Ubuntu, but nok)

I also tried a lot of vbios from Techpowerup. The best way will be to have a backup of a working GTX980M from an Alienware 18 😉 (just to be sure) The laptop seemed to try to connect at the second screen at Windows logon (black screen 1 sec + freezing 1 sec), but at the end, no more reaction 🥴
