  1. To clarify @Aaron44126, you can press and hold the power button with any power cable (NOT a docking station power - Pure AC via DC jack or Type-C without USB) for a 30-count, after shutting down. This resets almost all newer Dell laptops CMOS.
  2. IIRC the Clevo boards which have their proprietary form factor MXM (the biggies) don't support normal MXM cards well, both the heatsink and the lesser-used pins in MXM being used for high-current 3.3v and some display output configuration makes them difficult.
  3. One strange thing I saw a while back working through some of these with BIOS mods - Occasionally after flash / CPU swap / GPU swap, the unit absolutely refused to POST. Pressing and holding FN + D on the keyboard for a solid minute immediately after pressing the power button has helped many times!
  4. I believe the GPU vBIOS can be configured for each output (of the 4 available IIRC) to be configured as a different type of display output - HDMI, DP (eDP), LVDS or Analog. This may be able to be custom configured or copied from another card to work for you, if flashed onto yours to regain the internal eDP output, but I'm not sure this is doable on 3000-series cards (but it was back in the day on 800/900/1k series IIRC) due to baked-in firmware sig checks.
  5. Yeah, I've only ever used a programmer (CH341) and they make both the flashing, and error recovery, much easier.
  6. This is an even better tool for making custom drivers, but the green pixels is kind of concerning - Might be something else wrong there, in addition to the non-standard 1060. https://www.techpowerup.com/nvcleanstall/
  7. Make sure and backup you DSANKE BIOS - These are getting hard to find if you want to flash back to it after testing.
  8. I picked up one of these for my rig when the same seller cleared them out for about $160 with the dual-square cable. Still a steal!!
  9. I believe they are compatible, I know the AliExpress ones work for both P775DMx/TMx models. I have 2 spare - Are you located in the US? I can post some high-res shots in a few hours when I get home.
