The RTX 3000 does work with the Dell M6800 however it causes the trackpad and keyboard to become undetected in windows after sleep and on some startups. Keyboard and trackpad will always work in BIOS. I thought it was a motherboard problem and replaced it but no, it was the GPU. And if you don't care about bending the card a few mm you don't even need to mod the heatsink.
