I come with some testing and i have a lot of info. Precision 3581 - 13gen i7 13800h with single fan. When i run cmd command to test EC i get: while no fan is spinning. i tried: DellFanCmd.exe ec-disable-alt and without -alt. nothing changed. I try fan1-level2 or 1, nothing happens. Then i try to build the latest DellFanManagement, and i get No EC fan control, only Consistency and it just bumps up and down around my threshold using about 25% of my cpu, spiking 100c on different performance threads randomly. And i can't use EC fan control on manual to set a constant fan utilisation. Neither the fan percentage. (latest bios for my precision 3581, clean windows 11 install, all c++ runtimes and .net frameworks, also power mode on balanced in windows, but the bios is on High performance) Also, DellFanKeepAlive doesn't open, and DellSetThermalSetting doesn't open. PS. Dell Power Management is no longer in the microsoft store. it was moved in Dell Optimizer and it looks like this: and it can be downloaded from official Dell Driver support page
