  1. I wish that's all it was, but this also happens in Linux. In windows, the hidden driver put out an error code 45 when this happens. If I never install a driver, windows will just see the GTX 1650 as a basic display driver. Once I install a driver, it works great - until it goes to sleep or power cycles. This might help as well, but during the reboot the disk tray will make the usual sounds. I'm assuming it testing all devices prior to booting up, but when the GTX 1650 has a driver, the disk sound happens twice and then it's a hidden disconnected driver in windows (only happens once a driver is installed). I have backed up the original bios of this GTX 1650 and tested multiple bios options and many different drivers to make it work. I've only used NVcleanstall for the driver install process though.
  2. I'm pretty new to this but I also have a M4800 and opted to install a GTX 1650 MXM gpu into mine. There were no modifications I needed to do to physically put the card in, but I did have to use NVcleanstall to install the drivers. I even have a video showing the card working if you type on Youtube "M4800 + GTX 1650 mod". The temps would get high but I was also able to thermal throttle it with an old Nvidia Powermizer program. My issue is whenever I reboot, sometime the driver will completely disappear and the GTX 1650 won't do anything. I can find the driver by showing hidden drivers but unless I reinstall windows I have to deal with this issue. Even if the laptop simply goes to sleep, this happens. How has everyone's experience been with the T1000 and T2000 long term?
