I wish that's all it was, but this also happens in Linux. In windows, the hidden driver put out an error code 45 when this happens. If I never install a driver, windows will just see the GTX 1650 as a basic display driver. Once I install a driver, it works great - until it goes to sleep or power cycles.
This might help as well, but during the reboot the disk tray will make the usual sounds. I'm assuming it testing all devices prior to booting up, but when the GTX 1650 has a driver, the disk sound happens twice and then it's a hidden disconnected driver in windows (only happens once a driver is installed).
I have backed up the original bios of this GTX 1650 and tested multiple bios options and many different drivers to make it work. I've only used NVcleanstall for the driver install process though.
