i have a dell precision 7520 with the quadro m2200. The bios-version 84.06.75.00.01 from techpowerup at least seems to unlock the boost mode, before i stuck below 700Mhz.
So i tried to flash the bios you posted first, but i get an error message "NV_UCODE_ERR_CODE_CMD_VBIOS_VERIFY_BIOS_SIG_FAIL" - even if i use nvflash with signature bypass.
can you please tell us which particular version of nvflash you have used for your quadro m2200?
by the way, i have run a firestrike and timespy benchmark (not the extreme/4k versions).
bios from techpowerup with afterburner +135Mhz on the gpu (resulting in 1171Mhz boost clocks) and stock 5500Mhz VRAM
in FireStrike i get a graphics score of 6036
in TimeSpy i get a graphics score of 1830
CPU is E3-1545M v5 with 2x 8GB DDR4 2400 JEDEC Timings.
