Did you require any heat sink modifications or just moving thermal pads?

I will be receiving a P870 with the 6700k and dual GTX 1080's and I've been wondering if anyone has been nutty enough to use dual 3080's in order to use it as a Blender rendering machine. I might go ahead and also grab a 8700k or 9700k depending on what y'all experiences with throttling in the dual GPU version of the p870. While I might sound insane I just want a portable workstation that I can do 3d/productivity work on and be on par with my current desktop setup, (5800x3d and 3090)
