I am admittedly and obviously completely new to the depths of actual modification of computers. Upgrading sure put pin mods and using spi clip was a lot for someone like me that just doesn’t know. I was hoping to find advice, useful information and or links to downloads or tutorials. So far Maro97 has been the only person to try to offer help. I was really hoping this was a community that teaches others and could bounce ideas off of each other. Again thank you Maro97 for trying to go above and beyond with offering a download link for a bios that would read the rtx 3080. Unfortunately wrong model. But thank you for being the only person to not make me feel pathetic and stupid.

What bios are you using? I used tha danske modded bios and it lists my 3080 as vga unknown so I don’t have gsync enabled

I know I’m really late to the game here, but I finally got around to installing the danske 128gb (ram) bios on my p870km1. I did the 9900kf pin mod. Upgrade to WiFi 6 with WiFi 6 antennas and installed 2 rtx 3080 with the stock vapor chamber heatsink hits 89c under furmark at 4k, 71c with Fortnite max settings at 240fps at 4k res. My issue is even with the modified inf i don’t have gsync. And the bios reads vga unknown. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Origin eon17slx

The holes don’t match up and I know a few people have made an adapter for this. I’m trying to but an adapter. Also I have both gtx 1080s that I will be getting rid of. I can do a part trade or message me with an offer. ( they will not be leaving until the 3080 will work)My computer has been down for a month and this is the last thing I need to have a computer again. iPhone sucks as a replacement pc!!

I signed up to find an adapter to use my old heart sink with a rtx 3080 mxm because the holes don’t line up. Someone help me breathe life into this old machine please!!
