I've been wondering how well older PS1 and PS2 games hold up on modern laptops. A lot of newer laptops have more than enough processing power for older games, but the experience can still depend on the emulator, graphics settings, drivers, and the laptop's hardware.
For PS1 games especially, the requirements are generally quite modest. PS2 emulation can be more demanding, so CPU performance, integrated vs. dedicated graphics, and cooling can make a noticeable difference.
