hey guys. 🙂 I recently purchased an omen 16 with the 3060 i7 11800h and its a fantastic laptop for everything. its fast and has 3060 desktop performance out of the box even though its just a 115w part. the cpu runs cool for most people and all around great if not fantastic buy. that is if you have the money they are not cheap. mine runs hot but I will be RMAing it soon because everyone else is reporting temps in the 60-70c range and mine spikes to 100c with light load, just a faulty paste job/unit. my review short but sweet even with the slight heating issues.. 7.9/10 buy the per key rgb keyboard and 165hz 1440p 3070 model for the extra 200 bucks you won't regret it. it has amazing performance. omen 15 2019 review https://www.notebookcheck.net/HP-Omen-15-Laptop-Review-GeForce-RTX-2070-Max-Q-and-144-Hz-gaming.425998.0.html omen 16 3070 2022 review https://www.notebookcheck.net/HP-Omen-16-laptop-review-Powerful-RTX-3070-gaming-laptop-with-unnecessary-drawbacks.570237.0.html omen 17 2020 review

yeah im the opposite, I enjoy the accomplishment of beating a game then putting it down. I really enjoyed ME2 that I remember. no game has really captured me again I think ME2 was the last game I beat
-
so you win lol 😛 but honestly it was the reviews that put me off, should I invest i30 hours into a game thats meh...opted out for the reason you mentioned but I will still play and beat it for old times sake in the next 10 years lol, not enticed. but it will happen ME is just that good. do you remember the ending of ME 2, man was I disappointed with the thirds ending/you?

jesus old timers here? how old are you guys even my dad didn't have that and hes 62

your laptop is 2 years old and still faster than my 1 month old laptop.....a moron I do Not see says yoda Date of Announcement 02.04.2020 = 691 days old also i think your card will be good for another 3 years very high settings so no need to upgrade even if the 4000 series is amazing. same goes for me but in the end you paid more but who got the better bang for the buck? you..cost/5 per year whereas with me i get a solid 3 years and less performance your super is one level above a 3060 and i think on a 3070 level. correct me if im wrong.. I think when the 5000 series drops im going for a 5080. unless its like fermi. remember the 680/780/880m they were just rebrands and I see this happening in the near future -

https://www.photobox.co.uk/my/photo/full?photo_id=504552583532 so a 3090 can run high 2560x1440 and get a framerate of 132 and a laptop 3060 needs to be lowered to 1080p with dlss set to ultra performance and lowest settings.....i think its time to get a desktop -

my 3060 held up ok a few dips below 60. 80fps average with MAXED settings and no dlss I average 28 -
but what is a defacto metric? great story line but mud graphics doesn't mean its a great game otherwise you would read a book and enjoy text graphics. just saying
-
I guess i'm younger than you guys by quite a bit, my first venture into gaming was the sega master system and global defender and the street bike game built in. man did I have fun been hooked on gaming since
-
I care about graphics and story, Iv'e played and beat all the mass effects also except andromeda but yes graphics are not that important but they do still play a role in immersion. I care mainly because games were doubling in looks in the late 90s and it was a big deal when games like half life 2 looked as good as they did, you could get more into the game and have a better time. I started gaming in 1989 and my first game was global defender for sega master system, the graphics were terrible but I had fun as a 4 yo. when shenmue came out I started caring about graphics because it got real and photo realism only seemed to be a few years away, now fast forwards to 2022 and we finally have photo realism well close to it with UE5. can a game be good with just graphics/no. but it does help. 😛 cheeky I know
-
oh you horrible people made me re download it and make a youtube channel for benchmarks...and yes it looks alot better than I remember
-
I might check this out, or buy it rather. I collect games and let them sit lol. not sure why perhaps im retarded. 😛 lol but honestly whats a fun simple game for a simpleton that I can get for free. should i emulate old games and is that even legal.....got enough troubles with the law

Anyone still using Windows Mobile (Pocket PCs)?
ryan replied to ssj92's topic in Mobile Devices & Gadgets
I had a toshiba tablet pocket pc can't remember the model but it was awesome, I could handwrite and it would convert to text, play music movies ect. I even had age of empires on it, geesh. technology. it really hasn't come very far, I could do things on that 15 years ago that my s21 ultra does today, sure better cameras and speed but is it really a bump. 15 freekin years and all we got was 4k 8k cameras. tech is supposed to double each year. the thing better be a time machine or we are getting flossed. lol what do you guys think government? what is it why has tech improved only slightly instead of massively -
What phone are you daily driving currently?

Or keep the s8 ultra as it's the best tablet available and great for bedtime movies surfing. or are you selling it for sure? -

Started up my YouTube channel its Crazie Tech its going to be alot of testing in the next couple years can't wait for 1000 subs and @Mr. Fox im bummed out your cpu died, was looking forwards to seeing crazie overclocks and nice temperatures. hang in there buddy -
just downloaded crysis remastered, holy smokes do they update this game everyday or something. New special FX and textures with better overall performance
-
with disney plus and netflix I don't know of many movies that are worth downloading aside from what's offered. like they combined have thousands of great movies and with vpn even more. having movies downloaded over streaming doesn't make alot of sense. but hey each to their own

im getting 40-80fps with crysis maxed at 1080p I dont know how crytek went from netting me 20fps to 80-90fps but thanks and i dont know how nvidia makes dlss look like native resolution with 2xsmaa like how the heck. dlss 2.3 is so much better its not even funny 😛 I also noticed crysis remastered yet again has new textures and effects and better performance by quite a bit, its fun mowing down trees and spraying water now it has a FX of water droplets flying up and like I have never seen such good graphics in my life. I would like to add the performance 80-90fps is with dlss off. so yeah it's a pretty big deal when games look this good and run this well. I have never seen a 1080p image look so sharp in a video game you will see what I mean when you turn off AA. @mr.fox your 3090 can probably run 4k maxed now.....at over 60fps I highly recommend you check it out and let us know what you think.....in the name of benchmarking that is 😛 here is 40-60 on veryhigh settings with a 3060 now heres a pic of the beginning getting 84fps where I should be getting 54fps they did something and I like it, this makes crysis remastered the perfect benchmark of new hardware. -

yeah I totally agree also there is no perfect laptop, you go thin and light you get heat you get thick n heavy well you get thick and heavy, thats why i went with the omen 16 its in between screen wise as well as size. but unusually good temps as a whole, however mine overheats while benchmarking might have to rma

i just noticed his vram is 4gb...fraud made 4100 gpu score in timespy extreme pretty sure thats going to be my highest with this 115w part this 3060ti is only getting 113.8fps im not suree why mine is scoring 109-110fps? maybe I have AA turned off or maybe hes bottlenecked by his cpu, I don't know because if it was his cpu his score would not have went up 500 points with an oc/ heres my best run, going to be hard getting higher -
haha I used that moon pic as my wallpaper for a few days, really high resolution and great contrast. well done 🙂
