Well that's a huge bummer if they completely removed Turbo Max 3.0 (TBM3) altogether — just to "solve" the less than smooth process of turning it off in the BIOS for the GPU limited folks.... My CAD workloads are by far single thread throttled... I only use the RTX A5000 for it's 16GB of VRAM... If they did that'll slow my render times by 10-15%... Sounds like Dell though to go for the lowest common denominator. I didn't pick up the Precision Tower 3660/13900K as they just throttled the heck out of it to avoid customer complaints about noise/heat.

I also noticed the code 31 error in device manager as well for Nvidia Platform Controllers and Framework recently with BIOS 1.16. Poking through the BIOS I noticed the Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 has a blurb that when enabled will disable Nvidia Dynamic Boost 2.0. May be related as others with the same code 31 error also see DB 2.0 disabled. I tried disabling to test and Windows wouldn't boot. I couldn't be bothered to research further as my CAD work is single thread bottlenecked rather than GPU so I like the TBMT 3.0...
