Got back into theHunter COW and the New England map, a mix of hirshfelden and layton lakes but feels more like hirschfelden, doesn't have as much changeable weather like PNW layton does. Kind of a cute father/son warden main story as the warden from Layton Lakes is the father of this warden, it's not as suspenseful as your typical intruder into the reserve story you get a few times in other maps more housekeeping and such but this one also has side missions which were absent for 6 or so maps.

Yeah there are about 4 different docos by his son or his brother can't remember about his time in Alaska, hard to find and I think PBS charges a fortune for them. Someone has them somewhere all together if you look though.

I can even change the brightness in game, which has been broken with Team Red and Green for as long as I can remember. The graphics aren't quite as good as they are with DX10, but as long as the game plays at all, I'm content.

 

If there's anything specific you'd like me to test, let me know and I'll try to accommodate.

A real picture of the card would be cool since you mentioned aesthetics. I had the asus directCU 970 mini w the heat chamber and thought it was a sharp looking card no nonsense. Nvidia drivers are 813mb dl for me v528 but I use nvcleaninstall so it cuts a lot out, looks like maybe the arc drivers could use the same treatment. 

Yeah I guess just the differences you notice w any major games most of us have played but sounds like you're not into most of those lol

For me I can't really see it, it's like when you play football, either one, a blade of grass and such is blurry anyways, it's only when you stop and look for it that you can notice it but in this case you'd have to have a memory for what it looked like before, eh I mean I guess at this point the balanced edition of the mod is like 400-500mb but in comparison my whole pc/mods folder is 2gb w about 700 files in it so for the size it should be mind blowing, doubt it from what I see here.

So this guy on guru3d, which looks exactly like NBR btw pretty nice probably get an account there, says he packed 100 mods into one using wolvenkit. In the walkthrough it's hard to tell really. I mean I have hundreds and you can visually see them in the ads, cars,remove green filter, billboards, etc I can't really see anything but vanilla here, maybe a red tint to it. The glare there is atrocious as well, I'd get a headache after not too long.

What's your hz refresh rate though? If your screen is like 120hz then anything above that is just a waste anyways. I have no shot to get to the 120hz/fps on mine w the 2060m on most games I play so I lock it to 60 max don't overuse my equipment I guess I could go higher like 80 but why just easier to set it in ncp to 60max for every game done. Some games don't even have a setting for max frames how annoying so you get 300fps in some old games on a 120hz screen what a total waste. I think they had a new patch lately among a few of them so that's good so by the time I get back to TW3 and install this updated version it should be all good, heck may even have a 4xxx or even 5xxxx gpu by then or maybe an arc or amd system.

Well I showed pics previously of mods applied to rdr2, at least the graphics ones like rampage snow on the ground and dynamic seasons/vestigia fall time colors in the other thread. A lot of them are just QOL annoyance minimizer stuff, uh I have the jobs ones, the contracts one, the bounties one, rampage has like 100 mods right in it, no more stumbling/slipping, open all interiors, reduce camera shake, Lennys Mod Loader, version.dll, the blade asi loader, zippy UI, 1907 New Austin, and a few more mostly QOL bc dynamic seasons/vestigia kind of override everything else including vignette disabler. Not into youtube much at all so won't be doing that, just links found on dsog to others stuff etc Since I have almost no room now I wouldn't bother to reduce things here and there not worth it.

yeah that's kinda handy, 50mb is pretty low limit imo though, in todays world. I don't want to delete any attachments I put here.

Actually the more I think about it an archive.org account with images might be viable then just link to that I'm not aware of any file size limits or max total file sizes on that site, would a link to an image on that site show up here as an image or just a url link?

Nice seems to work if you click on the image in archive and then paste that link here it shows it as an embedded image. So in future I'll just do that when I really feel a need to post an image here.

Hm I guess you reached your limit for external content then? Not sure how that applies to limits here though? I just don't want to have to open up the image then reduce it to put it here is all, too much extra work and not going to get some external storage for one site if I was really into it for work or for other reasons sure but it was just here and I liked the direct pasting. Looks like that's done here, I get it space costs money just wish it was more transparent than finding out after the fact and no I'm not going to read through some long policy not interested. If it was more organic and explained it as you use the site would be better. My max total size now is 343 kiloBytes, eh I can't remember but I referenced some other blog like site with similar topics try to find that one again for more scope.

Ok so it is an automatic thing bc yes I saw a huge difference in the space of 24hrs. Yeah screenshots thread a bad idea then, and nexus sized screenshots def a bad idea here, eh just do that over there then not here. Anyone who's posted screenshots/images to nexus knows they WANT/recommend only 1080p and above images up to 8mb each.

Uh no yesterday my limit was 4.88mb per post, today it's around 4mb PER a defined time period, it shows us pretty clearly when we try to post photos what the limit is, went down by the size I posted here last. I'm not saying it's favoritism never said that I said it was adjusted for some reason, drastically within 1 day which I received no notice of anywhere on this site. Please give a site wide policy as to the limit either PER day or PER post.

We host our own forum, just licensing forum software. Storage is a limitation we have not been able to expand on quite yet as scaling it up will need some consideration first.

I bet they had not perceptible to normal consciousness watermarks in there anyways. Worked for a company that did that in movie theater movies so they could ID where the bootlegged cam footage was taken, not noticeable at all to the viewer. I'd like to thank this site for now limiting my upload size to a TOTAL of  ~4.11mb for who knows what time period really great, yesterday it was 4.88mb per POST, today it looks like about 4mb TOTAL, fine just start calling this place the OC or it didn't happen.net site. Maybe get a chatgpt subscription it's free!

Oh btw thanks for that screenshot shortcut had no idea much better than getting out of game opening paint and pasting, puts it right in a screenshot folder in the pictures folder for me nice.

Lately I've been having VLC running a custom playlist in the background during CP77 play it works well with that game, RDR2 I like the natural sounds it's amazing w headphones so much depth and such, probably the sound files are half the games install size. I feel like the ONE megathread here is too broad and includes comments and such that belong in other threads but who can control that and to do so would be too authoritarian for a blog-like site imo. Great site imo especially for us NBR refugees, no plans on going away.

Nah tbh just firing it up a couple times and wandering around was enough for me, I'm more into cp77 and rdr2 now along with occasional DL2, thehunter COW and got to get back to Crysis Remastered. Maybe later on down the road though.

really? usually my images are around 4mb max here is like 4.8mb or something, plenty imo. If you have multiple images just put them in another post.

You have GTA V modded right? can we see some pics of the damage. I think RDR2 looks nice but GTA V modded can look pretty amazing also. i'll report back with a pic or two maybe even a video. I want to see what my rtx 3060 can do graphics wise

 

also I used medium vol/reflections/no msaa/and medium water my average in the benchmark all others maxed was 77fps at 1080p

Eh my gtaV has no graphical mods, all vanilla there, just custom missions packs and online missions stuff that isn't that interesting tbh Redhouse is one that just gives you kill missions and you can buy bodyguards and vehicles big enough for 3-4 bodyguards etc it's pretty buggy last time I fired it up, got a crash from it's script file, so I disabled it.

It's a major pain w antisocial club, basically you can't view them on your computer by default only online in RS antisocial club. I have to use a batch file extension renamer to jpg them then open with photoshop(I think Ifranview will work too) and save as png's to get personal copies on my computer. There's an auto converter on nexus but requires some new windows stuff that I'm not willing to get. You may just want to hit printscreen and save to paint to go around all that nonsense.
