  1. Hi all, I am new here, so I may not be posting in the correct thread or place, so sorry for that. I have recently brought a DELL Precision 7560 (i7-11850H, 32GB RAM, FHD 15.6", RTX A4000 8GB, 512GB & 256GB Nvme PCIe Gen3). I power up the new laptop and I can go to Windows 11 setup, then I shutdown. I then open up the laptop and proceed to upgrade my RAM (2 X 16GB PC4 3200MHz Samsung) to 2 X 32GB GSkill Ripjaws DDR4 2666MHz. Try to boot up but cannot post (2 amber and 4 white). I swap back the RAM to the original Samsung 2 x 16GB DDR4 3200MHz, then laptop also cannot post. Before I swap RAM, I disconnect the battery and remove it, also making sure I do not have static electricity with me. DELL has since replaced the motherboard with another motherboard, still problem persist (2 amber, 4 white), change new RAM from DELL, also same issue. funny thing is I tested the RAMs 2 X 16GB DDR4 3200MHz Samsung and 2 X 32GB DDR4 2666MHz Ripjaws on my old ThinkPad T480, the RAM has no issue and I can boot up with T480! Not sure what is happening! DELL technician will be coming again with another new pair of RAM next week but I think DELL maybe trying to fix it wrong as it's not RAM that is the issue, even the original RAM (2 X 16GB DDR4 3200MHz Samsung that works before I swap it out and tested to work on my T480) is not working now even a new motherboard replacement! Any advice may be great from the community here! Thanks.
