Hi. I've followed the past few responses, and I noticed also that my sound card ID doesn't appear on the file (I leave the DxDiag file from my computer). I have a MSI GE62 7RE. Can you confirm that my device ID isn't included and, if it isn't, can you add it to the rest of the devices? Thank you. DxDiag.txt
