I did a test for myself and the Nahimic support service answered my question about the problem like this: As APO3 is an older generation, our development team has some trouble to provide a fix on this one. Until then, I can give you a specific restore tool which embedded version 3.5.0 so you should be good.

After installing the Nahimic APO 3 v3.5.3.0 driver, the sound in the headphones deteriorates and becomes muffled and with a very low amount of bass (this is clearly noticeable in the headphones). This problem always manifests itself after installing this driver version. This sound problem is reproduced both in the browser and in any player, as well as in other sound programs and games. The problem is not in the application, but in the conflict of the Nahimic APO 3 driver with the operating system. This problem can be temporarily fixed by disabling and enabling the "Enhance audio" parameter in the sound properties, but this works until the system restarts. I installed the outdated version 3.5.1.0 and there were no problems after restarting the laptop. Rebooted the laptop several times. Then I installed the latest version 3.5.3.0 and the problem manifested itself again after restarting the laptop. That is, the driver version 3.5.3.0 is not stable, and the driver version 3.5.1.0 is stable and serviceable. Does anyone have a similar problem?
