Some Drives Show in POST but undetected in system

which bios are you running on? standard or unlocked? ive never used the rapid storage option in regards to drives (i run my system in AHCI so all drives are separate). I would assume they are initialized and have partitions already, is your machine set to boot in RAID or AHCI? perhaps that could be interfering, seems rather bizarre that it would say disabled. i take it the HDD interposer cable is working fine and doesnt have issues?

Thanks. The BIOS is standard A14. I don,t think I've ever set up rapid storage and I run the  BIOS on default settings. Although the ribbon cable has been difficult and the clip works but is no longer attached at the hinges, I don't think it is the issue since all the disk info is coming in at post and the original HDD works fine. I'm going to see if I can switch the RAID settings around.

probably a wise idea yeah, im running the a11 unlocked bios on mine since im using a quadro p4000 gpu. Needed that to unlock the ability to force optimus mode so the gpu would work so mine has alot more options to tweak etc
