EddieLamb
I bought a m18r1 last mouth and I added a sn850x 4tb as a secondary ssd on the second m.2 slot, but it always disappeared in 30mins, and when i restart the machine it will come back. I have been tried some of ways to solve it but not sucessed, including: 1. update the firmware/windows/driver 2. change raid on to ahci mode 3. change the m.2 slot with the stock ssd 4. change the power plan 5. remove the stock ssd, only use the sn850x then I remove the sn850x, add the stock ssd to the first slot, and add my old 970 evo plus 1 tb to the second. and then add the sn850x to my old desktop. they both seens normal right now. So I think there are no hardware problem with my ssd and the m18r1, do anyone have same issue and solved it??
