Dsanke bios settings for Clevo P870DMG and EGPU thunderbolt enclosures

Guys, I have trouble with the Thunderbolt settings in the excellent Dsanke BIOS. I cannot use the EGPU Core X enclosure as intended when I connect it to the laptop. My P870DM-G does not see any GPU at all. I tried all the standard settings from Clevo, so more are available with the Dsanke BIOS. I do not know the many available BIOS settings or if there is any conflict with the Thunderbolt 3. I tried many, many different combinations but unsuccessfully. Any tips? Does anyone use a similar Clevo with an EGPU, and which one?
