I'm live in Ukraine, and now it's hard enough to buy something from ebay or amazon. But I find few nvidia quadro m3000m and m4000m in reasonable price with the same mxm 3.0b slot. But I'm not sure, if this cards fit to my R1. Maybe somebody have any positive (or negative) experience with such cards and exact 2011 m18x R1 notebook?
