Hi all and thanks for this resource!

Recommended Posts

I'm new-ish to laptops as a species. I haven't tinkered much with them other than add ram, change wifi cards, change drives, and swap a processor on an E5430.  I've used them for years as desktops mostly. Recently, I am volunteering in the field and picked up a Dell Precision 7680 to support my efforts. With how packed with tech they are now, I've read the heat seems to be the biggest issue but I haven't done any stress testing yet.

Thanks to all!

JT
