LG Gram 15.6 Fn Key Issues

Hello All. I recently purchased an LG Gram 15.6 laptop. For some reason, some of the function keys on the keyboard don't work (microphone and camera toggles and one more that doesn't matter to me). I've looked at all the videos about this, and none of them help. I've contacted customer support (both via chat, which was useless, and through a phone call, which gave limited success, and they don't know how to help me. The Fn keys that don't work are an more of an annoyance, but if anyone has an idea that I wasn't able to locate, I would really appreciate it!
