Alienware 18 Mouse errors?

Hope you have been well.

 

I hope someone can help me figure out what is going on with my Alienware 18 that I recently got. It is a Chinese port and I installed English Win 10 and a US keyboard onto it. 

 

Its specs are the following:

Intel i7-4940MX @3.10ghz

32gb DDr3 ram

699gb HDD and 500gb 879 EVO SSD and 75gb SSD mSATA.

NVIDIA Quadro P4000.

Unlocked A12 bios

 

Recently, the mouse constantly shifts to the left when in use or not in use. It also happens when I use my external Razer Naga Chroma Epic gaming mouse. I've tried reinstalling the mouse driver from Dell. The problem also occurs in Safe mode. The problem also occurs when touch pad is disabled and the external mouse is connected. The problem also occurs when the external mouse is disconnected. 

 

The battery is not connected, so I dont think its an electrical issue and I really hope its not a hardware issue. I would really appreciate the help in fixing this issue.
