ssj92 Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 Since Alienware has announced their X series and their newer M series perhaps it's time to split this section even further by changing: 2015+ Alienware 13/15/17/51m into: 2015-2020 13/15/17/51m 2021+ X14/15/17/M15/17 R5+ Just a thought. Or some sort of new way to organize them otherwise there will be a lot of models covered in the one section. 1 2 Alienware Area-51 18 : Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX @ ??? | nVidia GeForce RTX 5090 | BE200 | 1TB Gen5 9100 PRO Alienware Area-51M : Intel Core i9-9900K @ 5.3Ghz | nVidia GeForce RTX 2080 | AX210 | Samsung 970 Evo+ Alienware M18x R2 : Intel Core i7 3920XM @ 4.7Ghz | nVidia GeForce RTX 3080 | AX210 | Samsung 980 PRO Alienware 18 : Intel Core i7 4930MX @ 4.5Ghz | nVidia Quadro RTX 5000 | AX210 | Samsung 980 NVMe More Laps: M14x | M14xR2 | M15x (980m) | M17xR2 (RTX 3000) | M17xR3 (WX 7100) | M18xR1 (RTX 5000) BEAST Server: Intel Xeon W7-3465X 28 P-Cores | 2x nVidia RTX Titan | 128GB RDIMM | Intel Optane P5800X CS Studios YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/CSStudiosYT
Reciever Posted January 23, 2022 Posted January 23, 2022 That seems perfectly reasonable, I will add to the action items. 1 1 AM4-DD | 5800X3D @ 4.45Ghz | Red Devil 7900 XTX | 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz | 2TB NVME | Intel X710 DAC @ 10Gbps | EVGA 1300w | Win11 IoT UNRAID | Xeon Gold 6248 40c/80t | 128GB DDR4 2933Mhz | P1000 | 9300i-16P | Intel X520 | 48TB HDD's | BeQuiet DP 13 1000w HomeLab | E5-2697A 32c/64t | 128GB DDR4 2133Mhz | Telegram / TS3 / Twitter 2700X to 5800X3D upgrade! Etern4l Posted October 30, 2022 Posted October 30, 2022 TBH Self-evidently rather unnecessary and a bit misleading, e.g. the m15/m17 models are not listed, even though it was released in 2018. I would suggest merging the two sections back together into "2015+ Alienware Models (13/15/m15/x15/17/m17/x17/ 51m)" "We're rushing towards a cliff, but the closer we get, the more scenic the views are." -- Max Tegmark AI: Major Emerging Existential Threat To Humanity
