razor0601 Posted July 30, 2022 Posted July 30, 2022 Hi there, is it possible to flash a new Bios via programmer to the Bios Chip to unlock a locked Bios? Schenker DTR 15(P751TM1) @Dsanke Bios, I7-8700, 32GB 2666MHz RAM, GTX 1060, 15,6“ 4K B156ZAN02.2 Display
Remdale Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 If you flash with a programmer, it will erase the whole memory first and then flash the new file. So you'll end up with what's in the file you're flashing
razor0601 Posted August 5, 2022 Author Posted August 5, 2022 Before I had the chance to flash I tried to upgrade to 980m. But I think this 980m was faulty. Also doesn‘t work in my Clevo. It gives me a black screen. After changing to the original AMD card the display also stays black. I tried a CMOS reeder but also doesn’t work. Any ideas? Remdale Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 Sorry for the delayed response, I don't know why I wasn't receiving any notifications. Apparently, there's something wrong with the card if it's not working anywhere else. I hope you've solved it already
