Does your workflow exceed the 16 GB your laptop has now? If not, there is no need to upgrade.

Well, since the Legion doesn't support XMP profiles, getting memory with lower CL timings isn't going to do any good. A set of CL22 modules from a name brand company like Crucial or Corsair is all you need.
