Csupati Posted November 13, 2022 Share Posted November 13, 2022 Hi , my friend has buyed a barebone witch pch chip was blown up and had a short on 3.3V . the chip was repalced and theres no short , but the laptop power led blinks 2 time and no other life detected. Can someone help what is the power led 2 blink means? Is it possible that the mb is trash? HP Omen Transcend 16 13700HX/32GB 4800mhz/RTX 4070 105W/QHD 240Hz IPS. Csupati Posted November 14, 2022 Author Share Posted November 14, 2022 They said after the hub replace, theres no shortage on the board , but i mentioned him that theres maybe a blow fuse somewherein the power board, we can simply connect to the bios chip with a cabled eeprom writer and flash it?
