Ok in throttlestop it's completely locked even the unlock adjustable voltage is grayed out Intel XTU everything was locked also. The i9 13th Gen should be unlocked But perhaps metabox/clevo has locked it. Another thing in the bios it's locked can't even get into boot option menu. Do I need to unlock mod my bios now?

Thankyou for replying I did try throttlestop but the cpu settings were grayed out which made me think medabox/clevo locked it in bios but could be wrong how will I know if it was? I could try Intel XTU is that pretty straight forward like ThrottleStop?

I have a metabox/clevo PD70SND-G And would like to under volt it for better Temps I'm running a intel i9 13900HX But first I think i need to unlock/mod the bios as the cpu is locked. Can someone advise me how to unlock the bios it would be very much appreciated thanks.
