12" surface cleaner for pressure washers. Used it to clean off the back deck and wow why haven't I bought one before? Have to work on the driveway and walkway next but this should cut down the time spent doing it by a lot.

I think it's pretty fun and it's by far my most-played game at ~1100 hours, but also keep in mind it is a game from 2013 running on a *garbage* game engine and by now it's starting to jump the shark with some of the more recent events and DLCs and such. If you're curious about getting into it, I'd wait for a sale and grab one of the bundles that includes most of the DLC for a few dollars altogether. Or wait and see if promises of PayDay 3 releasing next year actually happens.

Ryobi RY142300 electric pressure washer. Current one I own is a 1800psi 1.1gpm leaking one and doesn't really do much to help with the second floor of the house. 2300psi 1.2gpm should help a bit there.

Oh you haven't heard the previous Christmas song they released:

All I have to say is, aside from the HR nightmare happening to the employees leaving/being fired, am happy to see Twitter dying off and Musk looking more like a fool.

Pulled pork. Picked up a picnic cut (couldn't find shoulder for the price I wanted) and slow cooked it for 9-10hr along with various spices and some onions for good measure.

Can't comment on AVL, but have had family use PODS before. It's exactly as you describe: container at home, load, ship, container at new home, unload. Can't really complain about the service as it's exactly what was expected. In addition, that family member forgot to add something to the container and they were able to go to their storage facility to add it to the container before it shipped, so something that could happen if you need it. As far as the full-service movers, I've had experience with Two Men and a Truck with two separate moves. Pretty pricey as well a la AVL, but overall I've had a good experience with them, barring one of my furniture pieces being scratched.
