Its default 2080super with no power limits, because any limits not working in p775tm with rtx2080super. I fixed max for power consumption on my laptop was 216w for only GPU, i try oem rtx2080 and power consumption max was 168w that much better and corder than rtx2080s I have p775tm1g , and one remark - with rtx2080s g-sync not working, with rtx2080 - working perfectly. Best choice for p775dm3 tm/p750dm2/tm on my opinion - is rtx2070 or rtx 2080- because no problem with stock power supply 330w, if you install 2080super, power consumption can be greater than you have in your power supply and laptop extremely shut down...

I tried to change anything in the msi afterburner - nothing changes, the frequencies do not drop according to the changes set on the graph MSI. Not allowed settings... The video card is defined as unknown in the BIOS. RTX 2080 regular arrived - TDP -155 watt maximum, also the control center cannot do anything with the energy consumption plans. but 150 watts is better than 200 for me. I understand that the card rtx2080super is not for this laptop P775\P750 (Wery hot,many trubles with power, not allow power plans etc...))

hi. i confirm this with 100%. i have p775tm and install RTX2080 Super, my 330w ac power charger is power off when loading only GPU, and laptop shut down in stress gpu+cpu together. i bought eurocom charger 780w and my power consumption overall in stress tests Aida64 CPU stress+Furmark = 400W power consumption. Therefore, we can conclude that the consumption is very high and that the power supply cannot take the laptop in working condition. and I say right away - no power plan settings DO NOT CHANGE the power consumption (battery saving, balance, enterprise, silent etc) of the video card; it does not work with the cool control center v1.0 v2.0 versions and different revisions. Also, the heating is very high, in 5 minutes the temperature in games is -90 degrees and no matter what settings - medium or ultra - the video card still consumes 205-210 watts according to HW info sensors. and when play in games gpu drops frequency to 300 mhz core and 100 mhz memory to 10-15 sec, then power full up, after 2-3 mit - again drop... rtx2080s on p775tm not working properly. and no modded Vbios with reduced TDP down (150w max or 175 w max). only one for x170sm
