  1. Interesting. I didn't know that the cpu power could be edited in the bios.
  2. Is the 250W limit achievable with the Premamod BIOS and without the hardware shunt mod?
  3. OK, so no undervolt and CC Performance profile set to Overboost/Overboost extreme I hit 17969 CPU score as a custom run. What profile are you using in CC?
  4. So I "upgraded" from the Neo 17 E23 with I9-13900HX and RTX 4090 to the Neo 16 E25 with Ultra 9 275HX and RTX 5090. Timespy score from Neo 17 - 23644 Timespy score from Neo 16 - 24474 Detailed comparison. So it looks like the 5090 is ~11.6% more powerful than the 4090 but the Ultra 9 is 33% less powerful than the I9-13900HX. Advice, suggestions, help please.
  5. Yeah, it was as simple as trying to run the wrong version. Edit: You have to undervolt core by core now?
  6. Yup, got CPU ADV Perf Menu active.
  7. I have Intel VMX Virtualization disabled, can't find Core Isolation in the BIOS. Trying to install XTU 7.14.2.69
  8. I'm trying to install XTU but it's saying unsupported platform on install. I have secure boot disabled and unvolting enabled in the bios, have I missed something? Thanks.
  9. Not first time. Left it on while I went out for food and returned to this. About to attempt a win 11 reinstall.
  10. Got my Neo 16 (E25) today. It's stuck in a: It's been like that for 35 minutes. Any suggestions?
  11. Awesome, thanks. That's the KF564S38IBK2-32 (16GB x2) DDR5-6400 CL38 262-Pin SODIMM Kit right?
  12. @MiRaGe Could you sharing your BIOS settings for your RAM please? I'd really appreciate it.
  13. What are your CPU and RAM settings to get this score? My CPU score is way behind yours - https://www.3dmark.com/spy/38287578
  14. Hi, What RAM are you running and what settings are you using to get it to CL30? Thanks.
  15. I'm running the PCspecialist variant of this laptop, 13900hx & 4090. Can anyone explain how to set up raid, I have two x 2tb 990 pro that I want to put in raid 0 for shits and giggles but can't work out how to. Thanks.
  16. Hi Vandiekie, I flashed the BIOS from a USB drive. I hope that helps. MiSJAH
  17. I have the LPP G1. Adding load does not affect the noise from the LPP. It is consistent no matter the load.
  18. I have the following laptop: Chassis & Display Recoil Series: 17" Matte QHD 240Hz sRGB 100% LED Widescreen (2560x1600) Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™ i9 24 Core Processor 13900HX (5.4GHz Turbo) Memory (RAM) 32GB Corsair 4800MHz SODIMM DDR5 (2 x 16GB) Graphics Card NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 4090 - 16.0GB GDDR6 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1 Liquid Series® Laptop Cooling PCS Liquid Series® Laptop Cooler 1st M.2 SSD Drive 2TB SAMSUNG 990 PRO M.2, PCIe 4.0 NVMe (up to 7450MB/R, 6900MB/W) AC Adaptor 1 x 330W AC Adaptor I have a few questions that I hope you guys could help with: I'm currently hitting 23,367 in timespy. My GPU is hitting 175w but my CPU is maxing at around 115w. The liquid cooler means I have headroom to push more watts to the CPU and/or the GPU but my BIOS (currently running the XMG NEO 17 BIOS) is limited in it's functionality. The 13900HX is unlocked and overclockable by Intel's design but all of the available BIOSes are locked down. How do I get around this? I only have a single power option in windows and that is Balanced, I've tried all of the online suggestions for having the additional power plans but not have worked. Is the High and Ultimate power plans blocked in the BIOS? Can I get around this too? Historically I would have used a PremaMod BIOS but PCSpecialist is not a Prema Partner so I don't have that option, are there alternatives? I welcome all suggestions. Thanks.
