Having the same issue and really at my wit's end trying to troubleshoot it. It was working mostly fine for months now, but I think I got a recent NVIDIA update (running CachyOS) and now it goes down to 55W after like 2 minutes gaming. Tried to downgrade driver but still having the same issue. I'm messing around with SmokelessUMAF (BIOS unlocker tool) to try and find a solution.
