Hello Have any of you done a panel swap on the 7540? I have the UHD cable coming (correct sparepart) soon and I have found a QHD 120hz panel. My biggest concern is that the use of a 0.4mm to 0.5mm eDP aliexpress adapter will fry everything as with snclawson 7740. I know this is a far stretch but would it be possible to use a Lenovo cable as the motherboard connector is identical? The pinout would most likely be different. If the output end of the cable has the same pinout and the motherboard pinout is fully populated (40 out of 40 pins utilized), wouldnt it be a true 1 to 1 cable? Hello Have any of you been able to undervolt with bios mods, etc. AC loadline. I am considering upgrading to a 7680 from a 7540. I get great battery life on the 7540 if I disable turbo boost and let the dGPU go to sleep. 7-12h depending on use. (-110 mv cpu/cache i9)
