How is discrete graphics only mode working on the 7770? I recall reading some problems with it early on, but I don't recall reading if the issues were resolved.

The notebookcheck review of the 7670 reports the OLED display uses PWM for anything less than 100% brightness and at a frequency as low as 59.5hz. Why did I think PWM wasn't being used for display brightness on the 7670 and 7770? I use these with the Lenovo Thinkpad / Thinkstation / Thinkcenter devices at my office. In my experience, if the Lenovo device requires a charger <=65w, these work without much fuss. 90w charger devices are finicky. My Zendure and Anker 100W chargers work for most 90w devices I've tried but my HyperJuice and Aukey chargers are hit or miss. This will not work at all with devices requiring >=135w charger minimum such as the X1 Extreme gen 4, Legion, etc. We would need to hear from a P16 owner who has tested a 90w charger on the device to know if there is a chance this will work. Previous Lenovo workstations were pretty picky about requiring at least 135w.

Posting my solution for some graphics problems I've been encountering on my 7760 with A4000 in Windows 10. The Dell provided Nvidia graphics drivers newer than 462.09 (to the now current 512.36) would disable integer display scaling and cause BSODs/kernel-power hard resets when waking from sleep or hibernation anytime I enabled discrete graphics mode in the bios. The solution I found was to DDU the Dell drivers (a regular custom Nvidia install would not work) and install the Nvidia provided drivers directly from Nvidia's website. No more crashing and I'm happily using integer scaling again on the 4k120hz display. Annoyingly, I didn't even deliberately update the drivers on my machine to cause this problem. The troublesome drivers were installed in a windows update over the weekend. Unfortunately, IT thought the prudent solution was to completely reimage my machine...which did work until Windows update attacked my machine again. RIP my lost 4 hours of productivity. 😠
